We are back this weekend to install the new server for our client in Horncastle – a job we do over he weekend to reduce the impact on their business of such a major infrastructure change.
The first job of the day was to test the new server onsite – for this we built a test network – if we had had any problems at this point, we would have postponed the job until next weekend whilst we worked out the issues. At Octagon we will not take a chance that we can get it working again before the client comes in on Monday morning.
The test networked passed so it is now on with the change over.
