Our people work across a broad range of sectors supporting a wide range of client hardware and software and they bring that experience to you when you have a problem that stops you working.
Most of our clients work with us on a contract basis, paying monthly based on the size of their business, with regular reviews to make sure everybody is happy. We also have clients who pay on an ad hoc basis and indeed that is usually how people come to us in the first place!
Help when you really need it…
When something does not work and you and your team cannot work is when you really need IT Support.
Contract clients always get priority in these situations but it is also the time when we gain new clients. When your current help cannot or will not help then call us.
Our engineers have decades of IT experience and have proved to be excellent problem solvers. We work quickly and efficiently to reach a solution. If the problem cannot be solved we tell you quickly then offer you options which take your budget into account.
