With Apple launching their new mobile operating system this week – iOS 8 – for iPhones and iPads, I have already had a number of calls from people who have had problems carrying out the update. Two big issues have come up:
It is slow to download – the answer to that is that millions of Apple users are trying to download iOS 8, so wait a few days.
