Is my PC up to date? With our Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) tool we can configure the updating of your software to make sure it gets done. This is crucial for patches to avoid data breaches and the like. Not only are we talking about Windows updates, we are talking about your Antivirus too.
What happens if your Antivirus goes out of date? You are no longer protected from current threats. Should a piece of ransomware get through your Antivirus, the RMM tool keeps an eye on your network and looks for signs of files being encrypted. Once it finds one it stops your internet access and connections to other computers on your network to attempt to prevent more damage and only allows us to remote control your PC.
The tool is much more than the above – it can deploy software for you too. So, if you have a lot of computers that need a piece of software installed, it can all be done at once. We can even force a rollout to upgrade to Windows 11, providing your PC has the resources for it. Your hard drive can also fill up if you aren’t keeping an eye on it. The software lets us know, so something can be done before it goes past the point of no return.
