I am looking for a new laptop but I don’t think I will be getting a Dell.

Notice they did not offer to take them back – only offering for you to send them back (who pays?) to replace the keyboards (and how long will that take?). I am sure that “smelling of pee” makes them unfit for purpose – unless you are a tom cat looking for a mate!
