Ready for tomorrow?

Is your Business Prepared for Tomorrow?

Are you equipped with the right technology, knowledge and skills today that will serve your business tomorrow? “The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today” – H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

Different businesses have been affected differently because of the Coronavirus. Many businesses are waiting in anticipation, hoping the lockdown measures will be lifted soon so that they can start serving their valued customers again. Many have invested the months of lockdown in gaining new industry knowledge and skills, and technology has supported them. Unfortunately, others had to close their doors, but hopefully will soon be able to reopen again and they must ensure a swift and uncomplicated start.

Back to the office will mean different challenges to different businesses and will involve getting employees back into the workplace, whether from furlough leave or from home working. Be sure you know:

  • How to safely integrate employees back into the office, including the data protection implications
  • How to deal with flexible working requests (including home working), including data security, BYOD and telecommuting policies
  • How to draft or amend your existing policies to deal with the new working environment and to ensure data compliance with the law
  • How to manage projects and tasks whilst working from anywhere (you don’t need sophisticated technology to manage your teams from a distance, but you do need the technology that will enable you to create, share, and collaborate from anywhere on any device with a cloud-based suite of productivity apps and services. Microsoft 365 and its tools is a great solution.
